The Watcher

FBI agent Joel Campbell, burntout and shellshocked after years spent chasing serial killers, flees L.A. to start a brand new life for himself in Chicago. But five months later, Joel's best laid plans have been cut short when his hometown becomes the setting for some especially gruesome murders--murders which could have been committed by one man: David Allen Griffin. Certainly one of Joel nemeses, Griffin is now followed his former pursuer to Chicago in order to play with a game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his victims and leaving his crime scenes meticulously with no clues to be able to maintain the police at bay, Griffin derives as much pleasure from watching each movement is reacted to by Joel as watching his victims perish. But when Joel's inner circle is moved into by Griffin, Joel must find a way to prevent him before someone near to him becomes the one to perish.
