A Brand New Life
Young Jinhee is placed in an orphanage in the vicinity of Seoul by her father. She tries to accept her fate as he abandons her there without ever returning. Jinhee desperately expects her father to return and take her on a vacation. The film is based on the director's personal experiences as a Korean adopted by a French couple in the 1970s.
