Star Chow (Stephen Chow) is about to be Pumped out of This Royal Hong Kong Police's elite Special Duties Unit (SDU). However, a senior officer decides to offer him one last chance: Star must go undercover as students at the Edinburgh High School in Hong Kong to recover the officer's revolver that is missing. The undercover operation was created complicated when Star is partnered with Tat - an aging, incompetent police detective (Ng Man-Tat). But, Star still manages to fall inlove with Ms Ho (Cheung Man), the institution's guidance counselor, as well as disrupting a gang engaged in arms-dealing.
