Michael Hui stars as Wen, a convict who's always bent on make a fast buck via betting. Lagging bars doesn't stop him from making something off of his betting abilities. Samuel Hui co-stars as Chieh, a newbie casino player that gets into trouble someday when he tries to swipe gambling establishment chips from a misaligned card supplier Dean Shek). Whilst in jail, Chieh satisfies Wen and also the last consents to become his mentor. Can Wen and Chieh make a fortune from their combined skills or will the duo wind up back in prison?
