The film is set in Grosvenor Square, aka Eisenhower's house, where the GIs resided in London during WWII. Harrison is adored by Neagle. GI Dean Jagger, a patriot, arrives in the square to enliven things. Neagle, a snobbish Britisher, and Jagger quarrel and fall in love. What will Harrison say or do in response to these incidents?
