Santi is driven by his own health to proceed together to a isolated village in the hills of Spain together with his single mother at which the inhabitants start to reveal themselves as xenophobic. Santi becomes first a pariah at school and strongly suspected by law enforcement of murders when violent events start to occur. Santi himself wonders if he is not the next victim.
