Sick of school violence, a group of high school students led by Derek form the "Brotherhood of Justice". It starts with "people watching", but quickly spirals out of control. A new violent gang emerges from "Brotherhood of Justice." To stop it now is too late, so Derek owns up to his actions and faces the law.
