When a detective is called in to investigate the roadside implementation of the partner, he finds a DataCard out of a camera. The card contains footage captured by 2 runaway teenagers who are creating a documentary about a sibling's medication death. The detective begins to uncover a trail of the deceased that leads all the way back into police headquarters and soon retraces the journey of the teen.
