Returning to the breakthrough idea of the original film, Jack Deth travels back in time and into the body of his own daughter, Josephine (Zette Sullivan), on a mission to save her life and the world from the most murderous Trancers ever. Jack/Jo must adapt to being a girl and survive numerous assassination attempts by more strong and lethal zombie-like Trancers than he has ever encountered.
