Aftermath

Looking for a happy ending to a story of terror and tragedy, nine strangers find themselves holed up in a cellar in Texas. The United States has become embroiled in World War 3. A young doctor called Hunter survives the atomic attack and is thrown together with happenstance using a number of wounded and frightened victims, for example Elizabeth, a strong willed confidant into Hunter, Brad - a antagonistic redneck jackass, and Jennifer, a barely traumatized young girl suffering from intense post-traumatic stress. Together, they try to endure the holocaust since they struggle with claustrophobia and conflicting characters. At a makeshift shield, Hunter and his companions wait for information by the authorities while fending off hunger, radiation illness, and a horde of refugees
