Air Bud

A talented dog with an amazing basketball playing ability and A young boy become friends. Rebounding from his father's accidental death, 12-year-old Josh Framm moves with his family to the town of Fernfield, Washington. The newest kid in town, Josh has no friends and is too shy to try for the college soccer team. He prefers to clinic alone on a left handed courtroom, and he befriends a runaway golden retriever. When he realizes that Buddy loves soccer josh is astonished. . .that and basketball are playing with. . .and he could be GOOD! Josh makes the school group and Buddy is known as the Team Mascot. Buddy and josh become the stars of half time. Media attention is drawn by the half-time talent of buddy. When the mean owner, Norm Snively of Buddy, arrives with a scheme it seems as though they are likely to be split.
