Arrhythmia

Paramedic Oleg is a bright and youthful student. A nurse in the hospital's ER, his wife, Katya, assists those in need. She adores Oleg, but she is fed up with his prioritizing patients above her. When she says she wants to divorce him, he accepts it. New severe procedures must be implemented by the cold-hearted boss who has taken over as head of Oleg's EMA department. As a life-saver, Oleg isn't concerned about the regulations. His attitude gets him in hot water with the new boss. Work and personal crises are intertwined in this case. Oleg and Katya had to find a way to stay together in the midst of their patients, alcohol-fueled off-shifts, and an ever-changing healthcare system.
