Coconut Hero

It isn't easy being a teenager and a sixteen-year-old, Mike, also has it really challenging. He lives in the sticks along with his mum, a nagger, in Faintville, a lumber industry city. He has no dad, no friends, not a meal. Ostensibly, his wish is just to evaporate from the surface of the planet. One afternoon, their obituary is written by Mike and shoots himself.
