Desperate to place the loss of the baby child behind them, newlywed couple Khalid and Salama come back for their home in the United Arab Emirates. Unknown to the bunch, Al Hamra, their luxury apartment block, was built on the site of an old deserted fishing village of precisely the same name. Legend has it that the village has been abandoned after manevolant beings haunted its inhabitants. Unsettled by her new surroundings and also the hallways of Al Hamra, Khalid worries his wife really is still failing to combat with her demons -- but could it be something far more sinister?
