Little Forest: Summer/Autumn

Abandoned by her mommy, young Ichiko leaves her life at the city to live off the land a little town located among the mountains in Japan, in Komori. Inspite of the void left by the disappearance of her mother, Ichiko comes to enjoy her liberty and revels in her new-found connection with the elements and food. Luxuriant , this film follows Ichiko through one summer and fall, as she learns to utilize and esteem the time honoured wisdom of folk and read the cycle of life and connectedness.
