When the daughter of veteran 9-11 call centre operator Pamela, along with her estranged husband Jeremy, a Senior officer, is kidnapped and held hostage, they were left distressed, without a choice but to stick to the kidnapper's rules: send messages through dispatch for most authorities and fire units to scatter to remote locations across the city by which they are filled with turmoil. Not knowing who or why, the 1 thing they do understand is if they fail to discreetly collaborate with the other person - they're solely accountable for facilitating the biggest crime in the history of the city. Now they need to race against the clock to make the choice of their own lives - save the city - or rescue their kid.
