Every year a Wind Festival is celebrated by the citizens of Fura City. Where people live along with the end result. Long Ago, on the final day of this festival the Legendary Pokemon Lugia and bestow this wind's blessings upon the folks. This Film Centers Around Everyone Else's Story.
