Restoration

An aspiring young physician, Robert Merivel saves the life of somebody close to this King and found himself. Merivel lives the high life provided to some his position and combines the King's court. So as to deflect the suspicions, merivel is ordered to marry his King's mistress. He is given one command by the king and that isn't to fall inlove. When Merivel finds himself deeply in love with his new wife the situation worsens. Finally, the King discovers and alleviates Merivel of wealth and his position. Merivel is left by his fall from grace. And through his travels and reunions by having an old friendhe rediscovers what it seems to be your physician and his passion to get medicine that is true.
