Shattered

Shattered is a secret which swirls around a high powered family from the Deep South, love lost, and a story based on true events concerning family betrayal. Kate Stenson fantasies of an enviable lifestyle because the quintessential Southern Belle. She marries Ken Burnett, the son of this town Mayor - a father who will do anything to protect his position. Kate has two children with Ken - a biological daughter, and an adopted son, named Logan (ta te Birchmore). However, the seemingly perfect lifestyle of Kate starts to fray at the edges as she discovers that Logan suffers from mental health difficulties.
