SPEC: Zero

Senior school student Saya Toma (Erika Toda) lost her parents and younger brother at a plane accident. Detective Akio Kondo (Yu Tokui) came and told her"your family features a high likelihood that they were killed by those that have spec." That has been the very first time she heard of"spec". 6 decades later, Saya Toma, who's never forgotten what a Detective said, determines to become a detective. After acquiring training by the FBI at the United 14, she returns to Japan. Saya Toma is assigned to work unsolved cases in the Public Security Bureau. Meanwhile, because of Satoshi Chii's (Yuu Shirota) scheme, Juichi Ninomae (Ryunosuke Kamiki) believes Saya Toma his parents' enemy and tries to push her to the border. Satoshi Chii's scheme also has caused Juichi Ninomae and Saya Toma to forget that they are sister and brother. The siblings are headed to a fight. A woman named Maho Ueno (Umika Kawashima) becomes involved within their struggle. To guard Maho Ueno, Saya Toma uses"spec".
