The Mighty Quinn

Police chief Xavier Quinn investigates the heinous murder of Donald Pater, one of the Caribbean island's wealthiest people. He was discovered beheaded in his Jacuzzi. Although the local political class, particularly the corrupt Governor Chalk, maintains that small-time robber Maubee is to blame, Xavier has his doubts. The police chief's personal past with Maubee complicates this view: Since their youth, the men have been pals.
