The Summit

The Summit is really just a 2012 documentary film about the 2008 k-2 disaster led by Nick Ryan. It combines footage using recreations of the events of the 2008 disaster that is k-2. Along the path to and from the summit, the eleven climbers died during a brief span of time in scaling history creating a few of the oddest catastophes. Much of the footage was recorded from mountaineer Fredrik Sträng. Sträng was planning to complete. The footage was valuable to simply help resolving since the climbers had different stories on what happened what really did happen.
