The Viral Factor

International Security Affairs representative Jon is to escort a scientist that is criminal to another country. Enroute, an associate of the team turns out to become considered a traitor and shoots Jon from the mind while kidnapping the scientist. A doctor tells him that within weeks, the bullet from his brain will cause paralysis, when Jon wakes up from the clinic. Jon returns to Beijing to visit his mommy, who admits that Jon was a brother in Malaysia that was raised by his father, a politician. Jon takes a trip to Malaysia to get his brother, Yeung. On the plane he forms a bond with Dr. Kan, that promises to look into possible treatments due to his situation. If they arrive, Yeung tries to kidnap the physician if Jon intervenes, he's also taken hostage. Both soon realize they're brothers, and opt to work together from reinfecting the entire world of a disease long thought 32, in order to retain the offenders behind the kidnappings.
