Tortoise In-love is a feel-good romantic comedy in the tradition of Calendar Girls, Local Hero and The Full Monty. It's about an mover in love. The film is set in the beautiful English countryside of the Vale of the White Horse in Oxfordshire. The narrative of the building of Tortoise inlove could almost become a film on the planet. The whole village of Kingston Bagpuize in Oxfordshire was included in the building of the film. Young mums contributed to design and the sales and publicity. Folk provided stewards and the drivers and props and logistics service. Even the Women's Institute ordered a catering attempt and also all the crew and cast were lodged in village homes for the duration of the fire.
