Big Day
Significant Day titled A Day in the Life, is now an American situation comedy that aired on ABC on January 30, 2007. Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa co-produced the series and directed by Michael Spiller for Sony Pictures Television. Back in Canada, the series aired on CanWest's Global and CH channels.
Originally, it was designed to debut on October 5, 2006, together with Notes from the under belly, however, ABC made a lastminute shift in its own program by moving Ugly Betty into Thursday, hence replacing both sitcoms whose"buzz" was not especially promising.
Significant Day has been aired on Tuesdays 8:00c. The timeslot was filled by another new sit com that had an improved"buzz," The Knights of Prosperity, however, ABC transferred this app to Wednesdays to make Large Day a priority. Based on the ratings, wedding day ended up to be an indicator disappointment.
Only 12 of the 13 produced episodes aired leaving the episode unaired After Big Day stopped its season on January 30, 2007.
On May 15, 2007, the series was cancelled by ABC after the network announced.
A picture on the basis of the series was cancelled in development from 2007 to 2008. Back in 2010, a re-version of the movie adaptation is now at preproduction.
