Blackstone

Blackstone is a Canadian television show, which airs on Show Case and APTN. Written, created, directed and produced by Canadian producer Ron E. Scott, the show began filming its eight episodes, plus a pilot, in 2010 in and around Edmonton, Alberta. The second season has concluded and a 3rd season of the show is in evolution. Blackstone follows Indians' lives . The story is told from an Aboriginal point of view and according to Scott,"Blackstone is relevant and relational in an Aboriginal story universe, together with universal conflicts and themes which are not only relatable to some First Nations available now, but also into the entire world of politics and power in general. Justin Rain nathaniel Arcand and Carmen Moore are three cast members from Blackstone who starred at the 2010 film Two Indians. Other cast members include Steven Cree Molison, Andrea Menard, Michelle Thrush, Roseanne Supernault, Eric Schweig, Ashely Callingbull, Michael Holden and Gordon Tootoosis.
