Mummies Alive! Is an American series in DIC Entertainment. It originally aired for one season.
In early Egypt, a wicked sorcerer named Scarab, kills the pharaoh's son therefore they can eventually become immortal. Entombed alive the universe is revived from by Scarab and begins his own hunt for Rapses' reincarnation, a San Francisco-dwelling boy named Presley Carnovan to regain the spirit of Rapses' therefore they can eventually become immortal. Rapses' bodyguards,'' Nefer-Tina, and Ja-Kal Armon, Together with Rapses' cat, Kahti, alert from the deceased to shield him in Scarab. They utilize Ra's ability to transform to powerful guardians.
The mummies Each are aligned with the ability of an Egyptian god. Ja-Kal uses the spirit of falcon, Rath utilizes the spirit of snake, so Armon utilizes the spirit of ram, also Nefer-Tina utilizes the spirit of cat. They can call up on it to get powers and armor to fight super human evildoers. They must break in their sarcophagi although their strength is exhausted. To be able to get into these abilities, the mummies call-out the expression"Together with the Power of Ra!" , which triggers their conversion. Even the mummies have the capacity to produce a face that was horrifying , usually used to scare off bystanders.
