Slayers

Slayers follows the exploits of this young sorceress Lina Inverse, whose life revolves around fighting, treasure, and even food. Stragglers accost Lina throughout her journey to the next town after stealing treasure out of a team of bandits. She's not in any real danger, but a swordsman named Gourry Gabriev springs to her rescue plateau. The two head to Atlas City, fighting with foes they strike along the way, and form teams. Unbeknownst to Lina and Gourry however, two mysterious figures have been hot on their tail, and they are specifically interested at the"treasure" Lina and Gourry possess murdered.
